...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia, including the following counties, Burke, Columbia, Lincoln, McDuffie and Richmond and central South Carolina, including the following counties, Edgefield and McCormick. * WHEN...From 8 AM EDT this morning through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Isaias continues to move inland overnight with a band of associated heavy rainfall developing near the area Saturday. While the exact location of where this banding will occur is uncertain, higher rainfall totals potentially moving into eastern GA and southern SC.
