Although most locations still had temperatures above freezing early this morning...gusty west winds combined with the recent cold weather has allowed patches of black ice to develop this morning. Untreated roads and walkways might be slippery early this morning. Motorists should drive with extra caution early this morning as roads that look wet may be icy.
