* WHAT...For the Storm Warning, northwest winds 25 to 30 kt with
gusts up to 50 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft expected. For the Low
Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected.

* WHERE...Tidal Potomac River from Key Bridge to Cobb Island MD,
Chesapeake Bay north of Sandy Point MD, Patapsco River
including Baltimore Harbor, and Chester River to Queenstown MD.

* WHEN...For the Storm Warning, from 6 AM to 6 PM EST Saturday.
For the Low Water Advisory, from 1 PM Saturday to 11 AM EST
Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous waves which
could capsize or damage vessels. Below normal water levels
will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due

* WHAT...For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
as low as 10 below. For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 20
to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Caroline, Kent MD, Queen Annes, and Talbot Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon EST Sunday. For
the High Wind Warning, until midnight EST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low
as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are
not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.

Secure outdoor objects.

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
