For the Gale Warning, south to southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 13 to 19 ft at 10 to 12 seconds expected. Winds may locally gust to storm force of 55 kt in the late morning and afternoon. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM PST Thursday. ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Del Norte County, Humboldt County, Trinity County, Mendocino County, and Lake County. * WHEN...Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of heavy rain expected through Friday night. An additional 3-6, locally up to 9 inches of total rain is possible through Friday.
