The strongest winds will be across southern Cochise county along the International Border. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...12 to 17 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are ongoing will have the potential to spread rapidly. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible Red Flag Warnings.
