Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Cave Creek, Beardsley Canal, Agua Fria River, Deadman Wash, Skunk Creek, New River, North Canyon Creek and Apache Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Moderate to heavy rainfall with rainfall rates in excess of 1-2 inches per hour is expected with most storms.
