For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
