* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 417 through 419 and 428
through 430.

* WIND...West to northwest winds from 15 to 25 mph with gusts up
to 35 mph through early this evening.

* HUMIDITY...Between 5 and 10 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
