In North Central WY...Big Horn...Hot Springs...Park...Washakie.

* WIND: West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 percent.

* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the upper 70s to mid 80s.
