inches, with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph could result in blowing snow with reduced
visibility.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast, southeast, and southern West
Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute, and
especially the Thursday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
