Dickenson Counties. In West Virginia, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell,
Mingo, and Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
