* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Monroe and Noble, southwest Pennsylvania, including
the following areas, Fayette, Greene and Higher Elevations of
Fayette, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern
Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio,
Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston,
Western Tucker and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Banded rainfall totals of 1-2 inches, with isolated peak values
of 3 inches, in combination with wet soils, may lead to instances
of flash flooding. Poor drainage and urbanized locations may be
especially affected.
