Across the mountains of West Virginia, 1 to 3 inches of snow and up to two tenths of an inch of ice. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern, and western West Virginia. * WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
