* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero in the
valleys, and 20 below zero on the ridges.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and western Maryland, northwest
Virginia, and eastern and panhandle West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills are expected to remain below zero
through late Sunday morning. Being outdoors for a prolonged period
of time will be life-threatening.
