In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In north central Wisconsin, Langlade and Lincoln. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County and Southern Oconto County. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms producing up to 5 inches of rain over the past few hours has created rising streams and rivers in the watch area.
