Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. * WHEN...From noon Sunday to 9 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Localized whiteout conditions are possible due to falling and blowing snow creating visibility around 1/4 mile, especially along Highway 2 and State Route 13 on the South Shore.
