kts and waves 3 to 5 ft. For the Gale Warning, northwest winds
increasing to 30 to 35 kts with gusts up to 45 kts and waves
building to 5 to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Sturgeon Bay to
Sheboygan.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM CST early this
morning. For the Gale Warning, from midnight tonight to
midnight CST Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6
PM CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
6 inches. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, causing considerable
blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may
down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Plan on
slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
