...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 PM CST MONDAY... * WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, causing considerable blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
