This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bad River Reservation, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County and the Red Cliff Band. Other locations including Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. * WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Monday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
