* WHERE...Chequamegon Bay-Bayfield to Oak Point WI, Grand Marais
to Taconite Harbor MN, Taconite Harbor to Silver Bay Harbor
MN, Silver Bay Harbor to Two Harbors MN and Two Harbors to
Duluth MN.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

...BLIZZARD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Ashland and Iron Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands
of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band and the Bad
River Reservation. Other locations including Madeline Island.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected, mainly in the higher
terrain of these South Shore counties, and will make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on poor road
conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday
morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
