* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation.
Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch except up
to two inches for northern Bayfield County and ice accumulations
around one tenth of an inch. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy
mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet accumulations
up to one inch and ice accumulations between one tenth and four
tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Ashland, Bayfield, and Iron Counties. This includes the
Tribal Lands of the Bad River Reservation, the northwestern area
of the Lac du Flambeau Band and the Red Cliff Band. Other
locations including Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands
National Lakeshore.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM CDT Friday. For
the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday afternoon through Saturday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
