...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 4
PM PST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest to west winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70
mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Oregon and
central, south central, and southeast Washington.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected with the passage
of a strong cold front Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning.
Winds will be gusty, but not as strong, during the remainder of
the event. Wind gusts of 70-80 mph are expected along wind-prone
areas of the foothills of the Blue Mountains with cold frontal
passage between 2 AM and 6 AM Wednesday.
