* WHAT...Visibility of one-quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Yakima Valley and Lower Columbia Basin of Washington.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of dense fog with visibility of
one-quarter mile or less have been observed in portions of the
lower Columbia Basin and Yakima Valley, including along I-82, US
395, and US 12. Fog is expected to persist through early to
mid-morning before dissipating.
