* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, rough bar conditions
expected and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. For
the Hazardous Seas Watch, very steep and hazardous seas 12 to 14
ft at 15 seconds and southwest winds 10 to 20 kt possible.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
Hazardous Seas Watch, from this afternoon through Tuesday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
damage to vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.08 kt at 1255 AM Monday
with seas 6 to 7 ft. Ebb current of 3.34 kt at 106 PM Monday
with seas 9 to 10 ft. Ebb current of 4.57 kt at 149 AM Tuesday
with seas 12 to 15 ft.
