* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding
expected. Inundation of 1.5 to 2.5 feet above ground level is
possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas. For the
Coastal Flood Watch, significant coastal flooding possible.
Inundation of 2 to 3 feet above ground level is possible along
shorelines and low-lying coastal areas.

* WHERE...San Juan County and Lowlands of Western Whatcom County
zones.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 9 AM PST this
morning. For the Coastal Flood Watch, Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
may be inundated. Some shoreline erosion may occur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

Northern Inland Waters Including The San Juan Islands and
Admiralty Inlet.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 1 PM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or seas 10 feet or higher are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
