Brief and isolated wind gusts as high as 35 kt possible through 10 PM PDT Thursday. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.12 kt at 253 PM Thursday. Seas 7 to 8 ft. Ebb current of 4.02 kt at 303 AM Friday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River Bar. For the second Frost Advisory, temperatures of 33 to 36 degrees will result in frost formation. * WHERE...In Oregon, Tualatin Valley, Central Oregon Coast Range, and Central Oregon Coast Range Lowlands. In Washington, Cowlitz County Lowlands, North Clark County Lowlands, South Washington Cascade Foothills, and Willapa Hills. * WHEN...For the first Frost Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 9 AM PDT Friday. For the second Frost Advisory, from 11 PM Friday to 9 AM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
