...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING... ...REPLACES FLOOD WATCH... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of North Central Washington, including the following counties, Chelan and Okanogan. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Rock or mud slides may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 200 AM PST, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cashmere, Leavenworth, Holden Village, Stehekin, Merrit, Chumstick, Sunnyslope, West Wenatchee, Cottonwood Campground, Silver Falls Campground, Prince Creek Campground, Fox Creek Campground, Lucerne, Grouse Creek Campground and Moore. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Isolated gusts up to 75 mph. * WHERE...Portions of North and North Central Idaho and Central, East Central, North Central, Northeast, and Southeast Washington. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
