and freezing rain. Total snow accumulations range 6 and 9 inches
with a glaze up to one tenth of an inch of flat ice from freezing
rain.

* WHERE...In New York, Southeast Warren and Hamilton Counties. In
Vermont, Bennington, Eastern Windham, and Western Windham Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 1 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be difficult. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
