continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Virginia, including the following
counties, Fauquier and Prince William.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of low-lying and flood-prone locations is
occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 628 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding is occurring
on Cedar Run near Aden. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell
last night.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...

- This includes the following Flood Prone Roads...
Route 806 at Shenandoah Path and Sowego Road at Town Run near
Route 806.
