In northwest Virginia, Madison, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge and Rappahannock. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Despite a lull in the activity this afternoon, another round of moderate to heavy showers are expected near the low pressure attached to the remnants of Isaias.
