Extreme cold will become life threatening and likely damage unprotected pipes and put livestock at risk. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. Make frequent checks on vulnerable family, friends, and neighbors.
