Visibilities have improved over the vast majority of the Bay north
of Texas City. That said, intermittent patches of fog, possibly
dense at times, will linger in the adjacent Gulf waters and could
meander into the extreme southern Bay and ICW at times well into
the afternoon. Mariners should take this into consideration before
beginning or continuing their transits. Conditions will likely
deteriorate again this evening and overnight.
