* Wind...Southwest at 30 to 40 mph, with gusts to 65 mph.

* Humidity...As low as 13 percent.

* Fuels...Normal to dry.

* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
