In Texas, Lower Jefferson County. * WHEN...From 5 AM to 11 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides will be 1 to 1.5 feet above astronomical predicted levels. This will allow actual tide levels to above 1.5 feet mean higher high water during high tide times. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
