...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 9 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR ALL OF WEST CENTRAL TEXAS... * AFFECTED AREA...Fisher, Nolan, Sterling, Coke, Runnels, Irion, Tom Green, Concho, Crockett, Schleicher, Sutton, Haskell, Throckmorton, Jones, Shackelford, Taylor, Callahan, Coleman, Brown, McCulloch, San Saba, Menard, Kimble and Mason. * TIMING...From noon today to 9 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...North 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
