limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 to 39 mph with higher gusts
are occurring or expected. Winds this strong can knock down tree
limbs and make driving difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Secure loose outdoor objects.

WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR ALL OF WEST CENTRAL TEXAS...

The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from noon to 9 PM CDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer
in effect.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fisher, Nolan, Sterling, Coke, Runnels, Irion,
Tom Green, Concho, Crockett, Schleicher, Sutton, Haskell,
Throckmorton, Jones, Shackelford, Taylor, Callahan, Coleman,
Brown, McCulloch, San Saba, Menard, Kimble and Mason.

* TIMING...From noon to 9 PM CDT Sunday.

* WINDS...North 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 20 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now or will occur shortly. A combination of
