For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 5 to 15 degrees possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Saturday to noon CST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
