* WHAT...Abnormally low water levels.

* WHERE...Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Below normal water levels will result in hazardous
navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very low astronomical tide levels along
with the return of offshore winds following a cold front Friday
night is expected to keep the low water advisory necessary
through at least the weekend, particularly on Galveston Bay and
the Houston Ship Channel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
