...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following area, Coastal Harris. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall totals through late Monday are anticipated to be in the 2 to 5 inches range along the coastal counties and 1 to 3 inches elsewhere. Isolated higher totals are possible.
