For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 16 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 14 possible. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from 4 AM to noon CDT Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
