* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
counties, Bedford, Cannon, Cheatham, Clay, Coffee, Cumberland,
Davidson, De Kalb, Dickson, Fentress, Giles, Grundy, Hickman,
Houston, Humphreys, Jackson, Lawrence, Lewis, Macon, Marshall,
Maury, Montgomery, Overton, Perry, Pickett, Putnam, Robertson,
Rutherford, Smith, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Van Buren, Warren,
Wayne, White, Williamson and Wilson.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Up to 3 to 4 inches of additional rainfall is expected
through the weekend, with soils already saturated from past
recent rain events.

* Flash Flood Warning for...
East Central Davidson County in middle Tennessee...
South Central Sumner County in middle Tennessee...
Northwestern Wilson County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 1030 PM CDT.

* At 728 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Gallatin, Lebanon, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Lakewood, Belinda
City, Hermitage and Green Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
