At 802 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Tullahoma to 8 miles south of Lynchburg to near Hazel Green, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Winchester, Fayetteville, Lynchburg, Decherd, Estill Springs, Cowan, Huntland, Tims Ford Lake, Sewanee, and Lincoln. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CST for north central Alabama. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms.
