Areas of fog can have developed this morning, and some of this fog
will be locally dense. Visibility can quickly drop to one quarter
of a mile to near zero in spots.

Use caution if traveling this morning. Take it slow, use low-beam
headlights, and leave plenty of space between you and other
vehicles. Allow extra time to reach your destination.
