...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Johnson, Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, Southeast Monroe, and Unicoi Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The most likely time for winds 40 to 45 mph is through 8 AM EST. Locally stronger gusts up to 55 mph are possible at the highest elevations and wind prone locations in the Smoky Mountains such as Cove Mountain. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
