CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...

The National Weather Service in Aberdeen has issued a Fire
Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Corson, Campbell, McPherson,
Brown, Walworth, Edmunds, Dewey, Potter, Faulk, Spink,
Stanley, Sully, Hughes, Hyde, Hand, Jones, Lyman and Buffalo.

* WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 22 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control or suppress.
