* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Marshall, Roberts and Day.

* WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. The
strongest winds will be in the morning, before slowly
diminishing in the afternoon.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 22 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control or suppress.
