Winds gusting as high as 40 to 60 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, and central, east central, south central, and southeast South Dakota. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and rapidly changing visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
