For the Lake Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 2 to 3 feet expected. * WHERE...Inland Berkeley County. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Sunday. For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will create hazardous conditions for small craft. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The combination of gusty winds and sub-freezing temperatures may result in areas of freezing spray over the lake and along the lakeshore.
