For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 8 degrees above zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia and central South Carolina. * WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 4 PM Sunday to 4 AM EST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 8 PM Sunday to 10 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
