The areas affected include...
Narragansett Bay...

At 616 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 23 nm northeast of Essex Village
to 17 nm northwest of Charlestown to near Westerly, moving northeast
at 50 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Dutch Harbor Light, Quonset Point, Melville, Popasquash Point,
Warwick Light, Bristol Harbor, Mount Hope Bay, Plum Beach Light, and
Conimicut Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until these
storms pass.
