...BLACK ICE AND FREEZING FOG POSSIBLE THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...

Temperatures have fallen below freezing which has allowed damp
surfaces to freeze. Watch out for black ice on untreated roads,
as well as bridges, overpasses, sidewalks, and parking lots.

In addition, patchy freezing fog is possible late tonight through
the Friday morning commute. Motorist and pedestrians should use
caution heading out, as some surfaces may appear wet but could be
slick. Conditions improve midmorning as temperatures rise above
freezing.
